Preamp opinions wanted........

Hello all,
I am trying to decide which direction to go. I am looking to upgrade my NAD C160 preamp. I am teetering between the NAD C165BEE or a Parasound Halo P5. They both seem to get good reviews. Have any of you kind folks been able to compare these two,or have any experience with either one. I would love to hear some feed back.

Sorry if I'm unearthing an older post here but will you share the reason why you wanted to change the C160 pre ? I may be looking for a used one
