NEED 6X 1000UF 400V TO REPLACE IN DARKVOICE 337SE HEADPHONE AMP (35MMD X50MML CAPS SIZE)
I CAN NOT FIND SIZE!!!! IN BC OR VISHAY RANGE, THEY ARE ALL AROUND(65MM OR 70MM L) CAPS
THAN I FIND THIS MORNING FROM GERMANY 1000UF 300V Elko Snap en RADIAL EPCOS(35MMDX50,3MM L....)WHICH WILL BE JUST RIGHT SIZE.
SHOULD I REPLACE WITH 300V OR HUNT FOR 400V CAPS?? IM IN AUSTRALIA 230-240V PS
I KNOW I KNOW I SHOULD STICK WITH 400V REPLACEMENT, BUT I CAN NOT FIND IT,OR THEY ARE SO EXPENSIVE LIKE 40 USA DOLLAR, EACH, THIS ELKO 300V 1000UF 10X CAPS FOR 45 AUD!!!
SENIOR MEMBERS PLZ QUICK ANSWER PLZ ,NO ELABORATION ON 2, 3. PAGES,PLZ, DO NOT NEED IT!!

TURN YOUR VOLUME DOWN JUST A TAD. YOU'RE YELLING AT US!

You can always go up in voltage rating but never down. A 400 volt will work just fine.

Tubes & more dot com probably has what you need. I get all my caps from them. Others may also chime in with other web sites.

You cannot replace a 400V cap with a 300V cap. But you can use a 450V cap.

Look at mouser and Digikey, use the search tools, you will find something close.

Do you need those exact dimensions, or is there any wiggle room?

52.5mm height, not sure if that is a problem

If the original caps are 400v rated, I would not try a 300v. It will probably fail rapidly.

All good. i got all BC 1000uf 400V from Germany & 220UF 250V from UK,
just need the time to open up DV ,will let you know how it sound with fresh caps and no damaged with bracket like original one.
