Recommendation needed for tuner alignment in Baltimore/DC area

I need a recommendation for a shop in the Baltimore/Annapolis MD area for a tuner alignment. My Yamaha T-
70 tuner (been in storage for years) is in serious need of an alignment (last alignment was in 1983).

If we do not live in your area we are in the same position that you are. People having this experience and equipment are getting fewer as time goes on.
I do this work as a hobby because it is my fun. there is no $ in it for a legitimate business anymore with our throw away society.
I am no good to you other than advise on how to align it. Bring it to me and I'll do it for a case of beer
