Sansui 7070 no sound

I have lights but sound stopped

does the relay click after a few seconds ?

looks like its in protection then ..
it will be a fault with the main amplifier or the protect circuit .. could even be a failing power supply ..

do you want to repair it yourself or take it in ?

all depends on how much you know about electronics already and what tools you have .

Pretty much none

wont be possible without minimum tools ..
screwdrivers .soldering iron. multi-meter . and that is bare minimum

yes its probably best to take it in .. maybe start a new thread asking for local repair shops .
