The floor in the house and the dog made the Sansui the easier choice.

The SR-838 is probably the sexyist TTs of it's time. With a good cart it's still one of the best sounding. Love mine!

I put a NOS AT-15SA on mine. It really pulls music out of the grooves.

I will try a Shure V15III/SAS or a Stanton 680/ViviLine stylus for now.

( Should be good for jazz guitar music.)

That 's as close to the AT-15SA as possible in what I have.
