Santa Clarita CA restaurant recommendations

We recently moved up north of the 5 14 Funnel and I have say I am under impressed with our dining out options. Too much chain food and too much mediocrity.

Please, someone tell me where the hidden gems are.

We like sushi, Italian, French, Pho, noodles, Chinese, Mexican and anything that’s truly authentic.
