So The Dust Cover On My Technics SL-7 Has Cracked From The Center, How To Fix It?

So what started out as a barely noticeable tiny crack has started expanding our from the cente disc clamping section.
Is there a way to stop it or better still does anybody make a replacement clear part?

drill 1/8" holes at either ends of the cracks. It should stop it right there.

I was hoping there was some magic liquid that would seal the crack back together, guess it would help if I knew what it was made from?

Try some clear packing tape on the underside. Hard to glue and look good.

You could always try some fiberglass resin.
