Sometimes a score is not audio. Coffee Related

I always wanted to try a French Press. They show up at Goodwill from time to time. This one looked nice, and said "Made in Italy" on the bottom, and for $2.99, what the heck, I'll take a chance. It's an Alessi. I'm guessing a 32oz capacity brewer. I tried it this morning. It's a little more effort, but wow, with fresh ground Ethiopian Beans, what a great cup of coffee! My bean to water ratio needs to be adjusted, (a couple of grams less bean), but the water for my cup/travel mug is perfect. So good, I drove 20 miles round trip to buy 24oz, (2 12oz bags) of more Ethiopian whole bean coffee.

Nice score! I have a Melior which I found at a DAV for nine bucks. As I type this, I have a large mug of coffee in front of me, brewed in it - coffee, chickory, cocoa, cinnamon and cardamon. I call it my "5C" beverage.

What a deal,if I had seen it I would have bought it too. Yeah the French Press is a great way to brew coffee,a lot STRONGER than those Mister Coffee type drip makers.
