I thought I'd start a new thread for this since the one where a few of us posted really isn't titled right for WHAT is being offered.

So to cut and paste, here's my stuff (so far):

OK, it looks like it's showtime!

Here's what I plan to have available:

    One pair EPI 100Vs
    One pair Boston Acoustics A70s
    One pair Yamaha NS-670s
The single University 15" 3 way system I have in the Classies right now
    Sansui 2000X receiver
    Sansui AU-5500 amplifier
Sansui Model 800 receiver in box
    Marantz 2226 Receiver
    Marantz 2230 receiver
    Onkyo TX-5000 receiver
    Sae 2201 Power Amp
    SAE 1800 EQ
    Kenwood KR-6060 receiver
A couple dual 12xx series turntables
    A couple Pioneer PL-112 turntables

A box of assorted tubes, some RTR tapes, a Bell and Howell Nixie light multimeter, old crossovers, oddball drivers, and all my vinyl LPs that are doubles from the Barter pages, plus a few more I found and some classical titles. Plus anything else I stumble over in the next week or so.

And MAYBE a set of Polk Monitor 10s and my "tweaked" capacitor laden Dynaco PAS 3 preamp

RAC I'd be interested in the:
RtR speakeers, pair, need rafoomed or racooned.
Fisher receiver chassis for PARTS, Has STRANGE # Stk's on it

As I'm a speakerholic and have a couple fishers that could use parts.
Anything you may looking for for parts or whatnot as I have quite a few?

Whoops, that University speakers isn't in the Classies anymore.

Here's my CL copy and some pics in case you were wondering what it is.........

Here’s a nice vintage University Classic Mark II speaker system that looks and sounds great. It’s a 15” 3 way system with a walnut cabinet that was produced back in 1961. Actually, I’d keep this one, but I’m a stereo guy and haven’t been able to find another. Heck, my wife even liked it enough to say we could use it in the family room!!

There are 3 drivers, a 15” woofer, 6” midrange cone driver and a Sphericon horn tweeter concentrically mounted over the mid (see pics). There is also a set of level controls for the mid and tweeter on the back so one can tailor the sound to their taste. The cabinet is in great shape aside from the top, where there are some stains, most notably a long black ink like streak and a couple round cup looking watermarks. There are also a few small chips out of the veneer on one side too, but overall, the cabinet looks very nice; check the pictures.

This would be a great addition to someone’s’ vintage collection or as the speaker in a mono system. While University didn’t have the name recognition of Altec (who later had University make drivers for them), JBL, or even Electro Voice, they still made some very nice drivers; I’ve seen them in vintage Klipschorns.
This is much too nice and neat a piece to part out and deserves a home with someone who will enjoy it for the classic it is.

    Why not you???

Would there be ANY interest in raw tube amp chassis??

IOW, the kind that have either SE 6bq5's or 6v6's or P-P of those, like in stereos and such (some stereo, others mono). I have several I could bring, if anyone would be interested in buying them. I sometimes see them go on ebay for over $100 but I think that is WAY too much, and I would be far more reasonable.
