As I'm a speakerholic and have a couple fishers that could use parts.
Anything you may looking for for parts or whatnot as I have quite a few?

DCM Timeframe 500s

Thanks Mike! With my first little one on the way I've decided that I need a room or two back!

Can anyone use a variable lab supply? I have a Harrison Labs 0-30V supply. I can send it with Piece-it-Pete (can I, Pete?)

Whoops, that University speakers isn't in the Classies anymore.

Here's my CL copy and some pics in case you were wondering what it is.........

Here’s a nice vintage University Classic Mark II speaker system that looks and sounds great. It’s a 15” 3 way system with a walnut cabinet that was produced back in 1961. Actually, I’d keep this one, but I’m a stereo guy and haven’t been able to find another. Heck, my wife even liked it enough to say we could use it in the family room!!

There are 3 drivers, a 15” woofer, 6” midrange cone driver and a Sphericon horn tweeter concentrically mounted over the mid (see pics). There is also a set of level controls for the mid and tweeter on the back so one can tailor the sound to their taste. The cabinet is in great shape aside from the top, where there are some stains, most notably a long black ink like streak and a couple round cup looking watermarks. There are also a few small chips out of the veneer on one side too, but overall, the cabinet looks very nice; check the pictures.

This would be a great addition to someone’s’ vintage collection or as the speaker in a mono system. While University didn’t have the name recognition of Altec (who later had University make drivers for them), JBL, or even Electro Voice, they still made some very nice drivers; I’ve seen them in vintage Klipschorns.
This is much too nice and neat a piece to part out and deserves a home with someone who will enjoy it for the classic it is.

Why not you???

Would there be ANY interest in raw tube amp chassis??

IOW, the kind that have either SE 6bq5's or 6v6's or P-P of those, like in stereos and such (some stereo, others mono). I have several I could bring, if anyone would be interested in buying them. I sometimes see them go on ebay for over $100 but I think that is WAY too much, and I would be far more reasonable.

Didn't get too many takers for the stuff I was selling. Didn't see that many equipment buyers overall. So....

Could only spend Saturday at the Fest. Here's what's left. Let me know if you're interested.

Pioneer PL-500 Turntable
Marantz 2020B, completely recapped.
Infinity RS 2001 speakers
Sony Pro Logic Receiver
Sony CD Changer with Remote
Aiwa AD-S10 cassette deck - Dolby B/C
Aiwa AD-WX808 cassette deck with DBX, Dolby B/C
JVC SEA Graphic EQ
JBL L-216 Speakers
