I suppose I consider The Punisher series started way back on Daredevil which was a prequel to what was released as a separate show.

My favorite out of these so far is actually Agents of Shield, and Punisher is a close second. I couldn't not get into daredevil or iron fist. But did enjoy Defenders. Recently finished Inhumans, it was meh.

Wow, this show is great!!! I love government conspiracy stuff, like Shooter with Mark Wahlberg. Watched the first (3) episodes late this AM, will be watching more later today for sure.

I finished Season 1 on Saturday and really liked it except for one thing. Frank had more lives than a damn cat! Still, I'm looking forward to the next season.

I think it's impossible to make a cruddy Punisher adaptation. He's not so much a superhero as he is a nutcase with an extensive arsenal. It really helps with overcoming a lot of the cheesiness that comes with conventional superheros. I still liked the Lundgren version best though!
