Very interesting indeed,he was an an interesting man living in interesting times and ill always remember my reaction to first hearing"Egdon Heath",the finest musical evocation of the landscape of Dorset,UK ever composed,a dark brooding piece of work,summoning the desolation of the heathland and all those who have travelled it over time.
