"A New World Record" cassette by ELO (or for those that get confused when I say that, Electric Light Orchestra).

Love that tape and I also own the record but finding a cheap record player here is like finding a 3-legged human.

Circe Link ~ Vonneguts Wife

Hillbilly Hellcats ~ Rev It Up With Taz

Grinderman ~ Grinderman

Motorhead ~ The World Is Yours

Luther is an awesome guitarist. I'd like to catch these cats in concert.

I've seen them dozens of times. I've met Luther, Cody (drums), and Chris (bass) on one of the jam cruises. They have spin off bands/projects, google NMAS. Cody plays guitar with Hill Country Revue.

^this thread is an alternative when half the threads are PF related topics. You don't have to dislike them to post here!

I listened to Bob Marley & the Wailers' "Uprising" twice while heading to and from golf and errands yesterday. The CD mastered by Barry Diament from the master tapes is a thing of beauty. Best version of this album, digital or analog, IMO.

This Marley album holds up well after all these years. Solid and heavy reggae w/o some of the treacle like "Three Little Birds." Reminds me of a trip to Amsterdam after college.

And, yes, I'm really getting tired of "Piper at the Gates of Dawn."
