If one were to make such a thing consisting of mini-toggle switches, insulated RCA jacks and all housed in an aluminum project box, what type of wire would be necessary internally?
My first inclination was standard (solid) hookup wire but then got to wondering about shielded cable. I'm leaning strongly towards hookup wire because it is a lot easier to work with.
Sections of wire would only be an inch or two long and all would be encased in thick aluminum which I think would be ample shielding - no?
