Virus-free YouTube to MP3 Converter

I have asked my local computer repair tech if certain YouTube to MP3 converters are safe, and he does not think there are any. I am asking here if anyone know, for certain, if there are any free, virus-free YouTube to MP3 video converters. What I am primarily interested in knowing if there is any program that won't download any virus from YouTube when I convert a YouTube video.
