I have not heard one but Wavelength is noted for their excellent USB DACs.
Most USB DACS are adaptive in that the computer source controls the clock and this results in poor jitter performance. Wavelength was one of the fist companies to develop Asynchronous USB DACs in that the DAC controlls the clock. This is reported to greatly reduce jitter by a factor of 10. You may want to check out the Ayre Acoustics QB-9 which is a little less money than the Wavelength but pays them to use their technology.
