'Gotta put a 'like' to that one!

I played in night clubs for a while and the vocalist, after I had left the group, bought two Altec A7s for his PA system.

Sitting in the kitchen at his place over coffees some time after that next band split up, he put his copy of that very album on the TC-630 he had patched into his stereo with the Altecs.

I'll never forget what the intro to 'Brown Shoes Don't Make It' sounded like on that system. That base part just about blew the walls out in the living room. I do enjoy a sense of humor.

And yes, we were a LOUD rock and roll band playing top 40, mostly. But, we all enjoyed listening to other music, though. As for top 40, well, you have to make a buck, you know.
