If you visit, then just a couple of minutes from Glen Echo is Great Falls National Park. Staggeringly beautiful considering it's right outside of D.C..
I took these pics years ago when my Civil War reenactment unit was doing a living history encampment at Great Falls and the C&O Canal.

Hi everybody.
I had my interview this morning and I think it went well. I have only one issue and that is they have rooftop units. I do not like heights. This may be a deal breaker along with the decrease in salary. I was honest on every question including did I ever lose my temper with my boss. I answered yes.

Concentrating on what you're doing rather than where you are always got me through the scary high stuff.

Take a look inside before...

Yup...my thoughts exactly, so I did. Nothing looks burnt, no leaky electrolytics. I'm pretty sure the rectifier diodes were replaced. I'll toy with it later. Right now I'm going to turn the chicken stock I made yesterday into chicken soup. It's a two day process for me but we'll worth it.
