It was a big day for me too when I passed the exam. I'm retiring at the end of the month. Congratulations to your wife.

Medically retired Army as of 2015. I'm 100% p&t there and I'm currently in school for my BFA and MFA. I'd like to make and sell art and hopefully print photogravure prints for other photographers and so on. I just bought my own etching press...halfway there

I started off in telecommunications in 1973 and then later, specialising in industrial electronic systems, I moved into industrial instrumentation and process control. These days it's highly computerised with large scale networked distributed control systems, PLCs and electronic process instrumentation. Been through the communications, oil & gas, water supply and power industries. I currently work as an control and instrumentation maintenance technician in a large power station.

I service custom hand built CNC rotor milling machines and helical form grinders. One of 2 people in the country factory trained. Not the same as when I started 20 years ago but still entertaining and a lot less stressful. Semi retired now and will probably be this way for another 3 or 4 years. All tolled I'm out for maybe 16-20 weeks per year for 1 or 2 weeks at a time. So I'm at home most of the time.

I was HUGE into these...I have stacks. I ran a local club "Bomb Squad" here in Phoenix. We broke up a couple years ago after about 7 years. Always went to Viva, Mooneyes, etc......Great fun!
