Used my Xmas money for vinyl of Sonic Youth's "Daydream Nation" and the remaster of Robert Johnson's "King of the Delta Blues Singers" on 180-gram vinyl. The former sounds damn fine, the latter sounds amazing.

Play grading a couple Pretenders records.

So far Pretenders first and Learning To Crawl.

I really forgot how great this band was. Driving rhythm section with chunky chords on electric guitar with some simple riffs and that voice.

Have now moved about as far from English Rock as one can and spinning Errol Garner Soliloquy. A six eye mono I found hidden in a pile of junk records at GW. Very clean and quiet copy.
