What's the cheapest way to ship from USA to Canada? FedEx,UPS,USPS?

Laval QC HUH 2G2.

Any recent experience, advice would be appreciated.

I have made several shipments to Ontario Canada from CA this past year.

The recipients have always specified using the Post Office services.

USPS is the way to go (not that they are cheap, or even reasonable)

I understand FedEX , UPS, etc. have additional fees that make them less desirable candidates
