Windows 8: Improved Sound Handling

I've seen that they've replaced the standard log in with a swipe kinda thang ... does that revert to the trusty old password if you fire it up in admin mode?

In my case, I could give a flying carp about password protecting the media server. I assUme I can still bypass that with W8?

Yes, on my PC I have it setup as a media server for the DLNA clients, Mezzmo requires it, so I have to sign in period but when I do I have a choice between Admin, and a regular sign on. In admin mode it looks very much like windows 7. I would assume you can avoid the sign in requirement. One of the nice things about W8 is if you right click the icon you have a choice to run that individual application in admin mode. I dumped the start button app today I no longer needed it and it was getting in the way. I am liking W8 more and more everyday. I will repeat I have used every Microsoft operating system and W8 is the best so far.
