Here is my new setup replacing some logitech speakers that went in the trash after I poked the drivers with a pen with extreme prejudice. Presonus Eris E5 with Schiit SYS and Schiit Modi 2 Uber. I'm using all cd rips from exact audio copy in flac. Sound? INCREDIBLE. Pink erasers for decoupling and nobody near my office for 50 yards..... need some good cables and I'm set me thinks.

Welcome and enjoy!! Any video of your outburst?:rflmao:
Sorry it was a private moment to be remembered by myself only. I've had many over the years, such as pumping 1000 watts rms into a pair of Panasonic thrusters and having one catch on fire. Another was getting frustrated at the sound of a pair of Better Off With Something Else 901 series speakers and carting them to the dumpster wires and all, and in what looked like a scene out of the movie "300" I exclaimed loudly... THIS IS SPARTA!! and booted them to their demise. Yet another was the time I sent a mushroom cloud into the living room that resembled a mini nuke by plugging a proton d-1200 into some infinity kappa 8's and blowing not only every transistor in the amp, but wiping some quality Emit tweets of their ability to tweet whatsoever. Should I mention the McIntosh 431 that caused smoke in my Lincoln and blew 1500$ worth of Beryllium tweeters?. 40 years of music in my life and I've dug out many cones with a pencil so to speak... This may be a call to start a new thread, "Things I've blown up and how I blew them up." (And how my therapist helped me recover)

One can do some really nice set-ups at their workstation these days for sure. You doing some streaming with that rig too?

No streaming as the Wi-Fi here at work is ultra bad. I'm only using .wav and .flac files burned to a hard drive. Sounds amazing for sure.
