Newly reacquired Yamaha CA-610 II integrated amp...
...my first piece of nice gear bought by me in 1979...traded off to my little brother in 1989...then off to our sister after that...
I just got it back last Saturday from her (she upgraded to McIntosh) and after a thorough cleaning and DeOxit/DeOxit Gold it is looking and running like the day I bought her...
...currently it's giving superior 2 channel sound to my television and singing through Klipsch KSB 1.1s...
...tried her first on Cornwalls...WOW!...kind of nice to be back where I started and know that I had chosen wisely at least some of the time...I can't say that for all of my choices since!...

Very elegant piece.
It's a 94lb beast. I've seen a few of these in used condition and passed on them, but the seller claims this is NIB, and it looks pristine in the pics.What a beast Mark! Would make a great party amp!
I've been looking for a similar (maybe a bit less powerful) one here in Europe (for a friend), but they don't pop up very often.
Post some nudies when you get it !
