It's a Citation 16. I have a product brochure that I can scan and post if there's interest.

N.B. The brochure I have is for the "Citation 16 Series A", which is proudly touted as having replaced an IC used in the original Citation 16 with discrete components!
The brochure contains no power spec (probably in line with Rolls-Royce's quoted power specification -- "adequate"). It does mention that the class A to class (A)B transition occuse at "2.5 watts -- 17 dB below full output". I am too lazy to do the math at this point; but you may wish to!

I listen to one of these units everyday.
Mine is the Citation 16 original series (no push button power switch) in silver and black.
I changed the power caps and set DC offset and bias and this is decent power amp even to this day IMHO.
It drives my Maggie MG-1s with ease and control.
The Absolute Sound gave a restored unit a review in 2001 or so but I have not been able to find it.
My unit is 150 watts/ch and DIY audio.com has a measurement of 250 watts/ch into 4 ohms.
Unit weighs 55 pounds and is well built.
