Their all dented in:scratch2: The felt is definitely cheaper, i do need grills tho, and their hard to find cheap.

Do a little searching for "dented dustcaps" or "dented dome" or other, therre are a lot of easy ways to remove a dent in a dust cap or tweeter dome. I like the paper roll towel and suction method.

You can by the replica foam grills on Ebay but they're expensive, IMO. If it was me, I'd fashion a grill frame (if they are not present) and cover with speaker cloth.

AK member Zilch (paseed on) used to sell JBL replica blue grill cloth. I believe he gave that business to someone else and they were selling the cloth. :scratch2: It is a dead ringer for the JBL4313b covering.

No, no, no, no!!! Didn't the LE-5-5s come with inverted dustcaps? I think the "pushed in" might be stock so I wouldn't alter it. :no: The pair I have here are exactly the same way and that's how I always remember them being

EDIT: Ooops, I realize you weren't referring to the midranges now.

New JBL L100 Century cabinets...

I also picked up a pair of JBL L100's, the cabinets were in bad shape, had new cabinets and crossovers made up and im ready to go!
