I'd suggest the 2SA1837/2SC4793 from Mouser. Closest modern replacement. They are full plastic, however. If you require a metal tab, then look for the 2SA1011/2SC2344 from Bdent or elsewhere.

I'd have to say those subs Avionic suggested are absolute dogs. The 2SA1837 & 2SC4793 complementary pair (these replace the complementary pair you are asking about) are a hell of a lot more suitable provided the metal tab is not depended on for the collector connection. Depending on how easy and where you want to source stuff, there are other options.
I don't see that littlediode has the 2SA913A even listed and for it's complementary, enquire for price and availability.

The SOA on the 2SA1930/2SC5171 is about half that of the 2SA913/2SC1913. For VAS duty or predrivers in a triple darlington they are probably fine. But for driver duty in a darlington emitter follower stage, I'd be careful doing a sub unless its a low wattage unit.
