Help! I’m in need of a source for (8) original NOS Motorola: MJ15024 & MJ15025 PWR Transistors. Also (1) NOS Motorola MPSU06

MPSU06 NLA---MPSU06 , can be subbed with Onsemi (motorola) MJE243G(NPN) .Double check the spec sheets

The suffix "G" just means its RoHS complient.
