I had to share some images of these racks I bought a couple of weeks ago.
These not only look great but are very versatile. I bought 3 racks and made them into 2 taller ones. The shelves stack on top of each other with cones and spikes and can be configured any way you need them to. These were very inexpensive, but look like they cost much more. The shelves come in 3 finishes, as do the spikes and the columns. With free shipping and another 10% off my total, these were a no-brainer. Very good build quality with steel columns and MDF shelves. The racks are made by VTI and the model number is BL404. You can buy extra shelves to add on also.

Those look Really nice Carl! Hmm I think I see a familiar component in there too. :D
 
I've seen those at Racks & Stands. I think they are made by a company called VTI. They are very reasonably priced, well designed for audio, and beautiful with many options. I think they are by far the nicest economical stands I have ever seen. I am planning on buying a couple of sets myself.

Yes, I ordered 2 of them plus an additional 7" shelf from Racks and Stands. I ordered the third rack with a 13" shelf (not shown) from Cymax because R&S didn't carry that model. I plan on using the 13" shelf on top of the middle rack when I convert them back to 3 racks after buying a plasma TV. These all arrived within a week and came from the same wharehouse on the west coast.

The racks are 24" wide and 20" deep, but I rotated them 90 degrees and am using them as 20" wide and 24" deep. When I convert back to 3 racks, I'll use either the middle rack or the 2 outer ones as 24" wide. Like I said earlier, these are very versatile and I'm really pleased with them.

Racks and Stands had the best price on these when I ordered them. I did find another site that was cheaper, but they wanted $200 to ship them. :thumbsdn:

Those do look pretty sweet. You may want to figure something on the cable management, though. Maybe just some simple ducting from Parts Express.

You don't really see those normally. It's usually darker in the room. The flash and the angle of the photo accentuate the cables.

Thanks for all of the compliments guys! The system sounds better than it looks too. If you're in the market for some new racks, these come highly recommended.

The system looks great I am sure it sounds awesome given the gear you have. You have everything matched and in order - looks +sound = very cool!

Sears carries some of the VTI shelving. Don't know if they have any at
the store but they do show it on line. I seen a glass shelf model
which has a nifty deal on the back to help route cables.

That cable back was an option when I bought mine, but I needed to use them rotated 90 degrees, and I wanted the open back for ease of getting gear in and out. No way I'd ever put stereo gear on a glass rack though.
