Nice post! Thanks for sharing!

My unit still sounds good even with 40 yr old caps inside.

I will let Terry work on it one of these days when the $$$ permits though to get it to top specs again.

Interesting how they advocated using the 125V tap to save component life even when the voltages were probably 117VAC or slightly under. They only seemed to be against it if the wall voltages were 110VAC or less....then it was recommended to use the 117V tap.
