1980's SHARP STEREO

I have had this Sharp Rack System for about a year! I only paid $100 for it with a Pioneer CD Player with 2 6 Disc Cartridge. I know Sharp isn't as highly regarded as Pioneer or Kenwood, but this stereo give very clear Highs and Excellent Lows! It is the SYSTEM-7700CD. It consists of the All in one Pre-amplifier with the Tuner CD Player and Double Cassette Deck and a Powerful Separate Power Amplifier! If any fellow members know anything about this system or have one yourself I would like to know your thoughts on it!

I am not a fan of all in one rack systems, but lemme tellya, that Sharp set-up looks really sweet! Love that big power amp in the bottom with the fins! THose speakers look like they could shake your walls and possibly piss off some neighbors, lol! They appear to be 15's? Sharp did make some nice stuff but those are the biggest speakers made by Sharp that I have seen. You did very well, IMHP, Congrats & Enjoy!

From what I've found, that amp seems to be a decent performer, 150 wpc!!

I am no fan of all-in-one rack setups, but this is the coolest one I have seen, everything seems to be in the right place, and with those speakers, they all line up really nicely. very neat set-up.

Talking Sharp Stereo

Thanks everybody for the input. Yes those speakers are huge and shake the walls. This system is very nice looking for having only 2 components. I think Sharp should have stayed in the game but at least I have a good piece of history from them! I'm new to this site so thanks to everyone for being so fair with your opinions!
