"I am...gyrene"

Give me some time.I can grow on you...like a fungus, indeed, like a fungus.I don't know much about anything but what I like. For the purpose of this introduction that'd be my two Sansui's.One 4000 and one 9090.Love them babies!
I don't like the current state of music recording that is going on and welcome a discussion of how and why the music industry feels its o.k. to "dumb down" the quality of recordings nowadays.Note I said a discussion on the topic.I'm not interested in an argument.I like to learn things too.
So thats it for now.I reserve the right to alter this introduction as it occurs to me to do so.
Thank you
Now maybe you could learn me sumpin?

Oh, Gyrene, you have touched a nerve. This death spiral to the bottom we have been in for the last 15 years is one of mankind's great tragedies.
