Been using AK all morning, the problem found it's way to me at 12:14pm for a few minutes. Google (no chrome) OK at 12:19pm

It just cleared up for me, no idea what's going on but it certainly freaked me out!

It's still down on the DNS servers I usually use, which are level three (so this is a WIDESPREAD problem) and temporarily am using my ISP's provided lousy DNS, which, oddly enough, seems to work OK.

According to "whois", AK's domain name expired yesterday. If Grumpy and the gang don't know about this then someone should contact them right away. It's likely that someone is now "parked" on that domain. The only way I can currently log in is via my work's proxy server and that won't likely work for long.

Well, in the event that the domain address quits, use the server IP: 207.32.177.8

And temporarily add it to your "hosts" file, otherwise links will still be redirected to the twilight zone.

Yeah, AudioKarma got hijacked on me as well, even Videokarma. On dialup, logged out, cleared my cookies in my browser (vintage Netscape!), dialed up (more vintage!) to log back in, now I'm at the real Audiokarma.

So it looks like not a virus, after reading this thread.

I'll keep 207.32.177.8 handy...

I took this opportunity to purchase the domain ... in another week or so, it'll be tubes, tubes, tubes ... anybody mentioning solid state will be automatically banned.

I tried the hosts file trick and got to the login screen, but couldn't log in.
