Technicals Data on SETTON AS-3300

hi, i'm a french owner of a AS-3300 SETTON amplifier.
i'm looking for to the "pattern" or "diagram" (technicals data sheets) on this amplifier (?)
Does anyone have ideas, or can help me ?

Hi! and welcome to AudioKarma!

You have a really cool amp there. AK member "vintagestereo" has the service manual, and member "Monteman" has the schematic, I think. Look in the vintage solid state forum for the thread "Setton BS-5500" and you will find some really useful info there. Good luck! Do you have any other setton pieces?:scratch2:

Henry: unfortunately not... in my other vintage solid state equipment, I have a Scott R316L which is still working perfectly, 3A apogee monitor loudspeakers, JVC JLA-20 turntable and a JVC KD-21D stereo cassette deck.

Does anyone know of someone here in the states who has one?

All requests I have recieved for a copy have been from fellow AK'ers in France.

Also I have yet to find another person with the matching TUS600 tuner I have.

The Setton sales brouchure I have shows the AS 3300 so it was available in the U.S. I've seen the TUS600 referred to in very old sales so they are out there but exceedingly rare. You are very lucky to have one.
 
Well as you know, Jack Setton, who was the french dealer for Pioneer, started his own mark, i.e. Setton. As a consequence France is the motherland of these art's pieces of hifi, and probably the "largest" reservoir. By the way there is a AS-4400 on biding on eBay.fr right know (not me). JUST GOT MY BS-5500 today!!!!!!!!!

I only have good things to say about it. AWESOME SOUDN QUALITY, much better than I expected.

I am cleaning it up more and I will post pics of it in the BS-5500 thread when Im done.




Also, I wonder if the TUS-600 is as rare as the BS-5500?

I am new to this forum and also have a setton AS3300. Would it be possible to get a maunal / circuit diagrams also?
