yeah, the tag hints at well preserved and loved, it tickles my BS detector but doesn't set it off completely. The risers are missing, which means these probably have some story to tell if it's legit.

The crossovers are worth the asking and sell for that during the peak of the selling season.

Definitely worth pursuing for a local fella.

All of us who fall into deals like this owe a small debt of gratitude to Bose for their relentless pursuit of advertising which has made "big speakers" obsolete in the minds of the majority of the sheep herd, i mean population.

I'm stewing over missing that. I work nights and had just checked CL before my "nap". Actually had bid on a pair last year 100 miles away and lost. Good chance whoever gets them will either part them out or flip, but that's just the nature of the game.
I am pretty much over collecting unless I can upgrade big time, but these have always been on my wish list. Oh well.

Grillebilly - sorry I didn't spot them sooner. I was hoping the mis-labeling would help an AKer's chances. You know this game ... luck is a huge factor.
