If you've already gone up the chain, it might be time to cut loose. I like the idea of taking what you can get, sell it (NIB should get you some good cash), use the funds to upgrade and move on.

Any classy vendor would replace with the closest model "UP" the chain.

But its Monster and chalk up a lesson learned. They didn't build the brand on quality or service. Just my opinion.

Agreed. The fight is a waste of time.

Get the best model you can; stuff like that sells pretty easy. Get one from a better company.
