polydome difference

Is the polydome in the IIIa and IIIb the same with just different color scheme on the plate...? the numbers are different on the back...I'm just looking for a backup...

I did some research on this earlier, and as far as I know they are exactly the same, the font color notwithstanding.

thanks....I was just thrown by the different numbers on the back....lots of things look the same but aren't...
