Yamaha CA-410ii and CR-620 Recap-O-Rama

I'm getting ready to recap the power supplies of a CA-410II and a CR-620, and I think I want to use mostly Nichicon KZ/FG caps, and KG's in the main filter, unless there are better recommendations. I've run into a problem with the 410 though: its 6800uf filter caps have a third 'support' pin and the working leads are spaced 15mm apart... I'm unable to find a 2-lead cap in the 6800-10000 range with that much spacing. Has anyone else encountered these caps? What did you replace them with?

Yep . You won't find any either. So your going to have to make a 10mm snap-in work. I find a 1/16" drill bit does the job nicely.

Thanks. I'd much rather not go drilling into the PCB... I still come up with 15mm when I measure the hole spacing, but I can see how 12.5mm will work well enough. My best option then looks like a nichicon KW: UKW1J682MRD

Just to make sure I get all of them, the P/S capacitors I'm replacing in the 410 are:
C469: 470uF/50V...Nichicon KZ 470/50
C470: 100/35...Nichicon KZ 100/50
C471, 472, 475, 478: 47/50...Nichicon KZ 47/50
C476, 477: 6800/45...Nichicon KW 6800/63
C479: 33/6.3...Nichicon FG 33/16
C480: 33/16...Nichicon FG 33/16

Should I also replace C411 and 412 (4.7/35) ?

On the 620...Mostly Nichicon FG as I will be sending this receiver off:
C623, 624: 6800/45...Nichicon KG snap-in 6800/50
C802: 1000/50...Nichicon FG 1000/50
C803, 809, 810: 100/50...Nichicon FG 100/50
C804, 806, 807: 47/25...Nichicon FG 47/25
C805: 470/25 BP...Nichicon ES 470/25
C825, 826: 10/16...Elna Silmic II 10/16
C820: 47/6.3...Nichicon FG 47/10
C808: 220/16...Nichicon FG 220/16
C811, 812: 100/63...Nichicon FG 100/63
C813, 814: 22/25...Nichicon FG 22/25
C815: 4.7/35...Nichicon FG 4.7/50
C816: 33/16...Nichicon FG 33/16

Am I missing any?

Personally I tend to reserve the audio grade stuff (KZ, KW, FG etc) for signal path, and go with low impedance / low ESR stuff (PW, Pan FM/FR etc) for power supply caps. Does it make a difference in sound? Who knows... but it is usually a lot cheaper.

Unless they changed the board between the CA 410/CA44 and the 410ii, (which they may have) the main cap hole spacing is definitely 12.5mm on the 410 and 44. Your KW should fit fine. I changed everything in the one I just did - all the lytics and the fusistors, plus a couple fried protection transistors. I don't think I changed the relay, but you seem to have found a replacement option.

It looks like Yamaha did make some notable changes from the 410 to the 410ii. Mine is/was a 410 and 44 which are nearly identical and that's the schematic I have, so I can't really say for sure if you got all the power supply caps or not. Your values are fine... but unless they're signal I'd go with 105 degree FM/FR/PW or the like. But your choices will work. I'd bump 476,477 up to at least 10,000uf, which is available in the KW flavour if you like.
