Does anyone have experience with the Yamaha DVD-S 1800BL dvd player? I am looking for a decent and inexpensive SACD player and I found this one for $175.00 new. Any comments? :scratch2:

It is widely praised on this site. I passed on one at Salvation Army for $14.99 this past summer, and I really regret it after reading the reviews here. No idea if that's a good price, can't help you there.

I received my Yamaha DVD-S1800 player today and have been listening to cd's (redbook) for a couple of hours and I am very impressed with this player!

had mine for a few years and haven't heard a disc player under $2000 that can best it. Thus, it stays and plays.
