I picked up the new Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band CD Goin' Home last weekend and just now listened to it for the first time. This is a kick ass set of blues. Great song selection performed with a raw edge, especially Noah Hunt's vocals.
The liner notes state that the songs were recorded live rather than laid down track by track and it shows. Studio quality with a Live feel. The guest performances are icing on the cake. IMO his best since "Live On". This one is a winner.
