You can basically get hundreds of faces for the Moto 360. I was only able to track down some Chinese site where the face looks to have been originally posted but there is no source for it so I don't know what the context is.

Don't believe it's a fake. It is a moto 360 and there are several dev kits for it so you can create your own watch face. You can also commission one to be made. Lots of mods available.
