Center meter lights in M-45 non operational..

Ive got a M-45 that the center wattage LED's dont light up on. The bars light up just fine, but the just centers don't work. Any idea what could be causing this? Thanks for any help!

There is three incandescent bulbs that light up the center power meter scale. They are 8 volt @ 150ma. They are wired in parallel .If one bulb burns out , in a very short time the other 2 will as well. You can get the lamps from Dave at dgwojo.com

In the first photo there is at least one,maybe two burnt out bulbs.The second photo all three are toasted.
 
Here is a photo of and M-80 assembly that is very similar to your M-45.

Perfect, thank you! One more thing, do you happen to know where to find a service manual for this one? I've looked around, but have been unsuccessful.
