Thelonious Monk ~ Monk's Blues

Columbia

I always come back to this album, Monty. It's probably my favorite "Classic" Jazz album. I played my 1979 version so much I finally got the reissue 180g last year as the grooves were wearing thin on my original. Most pick Coltrane's "Love Supreme" as the Icon, but I go with "Kind of Blue".

I've had a copy a long time too but today decided to pick up the anniversary full meal deal DVD/CD/Vinyl box set while I still can, and at a very decent price for brand new and sealed too. :music:
