P-2200

Hi All,
I just picked up a Yamaha P-2200 from a local pawn shop. It has some hum in one channel, while the other works fine. At the moment, I am powering a subwoofer with it, so one channel is sufficient. However, at some point I would like to get it back to 100% and use it in a stereo setup.
I am assuming it needs a re-cap at the least. Could bad caps be the cause of the hum? Is this something I can do myself? I have recapped a few crossovers before, but have never soldered to a PCB.
If it is not a DIY job, anybody have any recommendations on a good shop to do this work? I live in NC.

Thanks,
Lee
