Beautiful ---bet it sounds awsome. ENJOY

Another Kenwood of that era worth looking for, if one likes the bronze-face look, is the European model the KA 9800(other wise known in the US as the KA 8300):

Kenwoods - Nice sound !

I have quite a few Kenwood Receivers my favorite is my KR 8010 which I picked up a month ago. I will be posting these with Pics soon. I just recently got into the Vintage Receivers and have kenwoods, Pioneer, and a few Phase Linear amps might pickup a Marantz Receiver soon. I am also rebuilding some old tube Grundig radios. Fun stuff ! :music:

The perfect companions for your L-07D. Wonderful. Trio Japan would have been able to use the Japanese faceplates since they said "Trio" also.

What a great find :tresbon:

Wow, those 700's look brand new and with original boxes too. Nice score!! I wish I would have somehow saved the original boxes on mine, but after 40 years of my chaotic life there would have been nothing left of them but crumbs..

Holy crap, again D !! You're either not married or your woman lets you do your thing. Either way, incredible stuff!

Cheers guys.
I spotted 'em on Ebay UK a few weeks back (first time I've ever seen Trio branded UK ones). After a lot of haggling to-and-fro (the seller knew what he had) we managed to sort out a cash deal... They sure didn't come cheap though, but I just had to have 'em... no way could I let the opportunity pass me by :thmbsp:

Wouldn't THAT be something, having a woman who let you do whatever you want! With mine everything must be negotiated and everything comes with a cost. Just last night I tried to get her to sign off on my much larger JBL L-200's to come back home. I made some headway, but I'm certain only because I already own them.

Well,it hasn't been easy and it's still not sorted 100%,but here's a few pics of the newly acquired TRIO Model 700M,700C,with a 700T... sadly had to take out the Trio KD-500 TT (originally on top) as the overall height went over the letter/mail box. Not quite done yet,but gradually getting there... sure sounds mighty impressive and the build quality on the Model 700's is simply astounding!

C4 will probably want to do a Hoarder's Special on you Daunia

By the way what is that Technics amp which is a bit of a cuckoo in the Kenwood/Trio stack? It must be quite special to warrant its place there.

I figured he was using it a 'brick' just to get the stack at the correct height!

DUDE! You know I love to see your awesome collection but the OCD in me is cringing to see that Supreme gear on the floor! If I lived near you I'd GIVE you a shelf brother!
