Yamaha CR600 output stage rebuild - New transistor types

Hi,

I'm opening this new thread to be more searcheable (and hopefully useful) for those who would need some infos to replace transistors, although some types still need to be confirmed.
If any other model uses the same output stage, let us know. Always easier to have one thread for all...

I'm using the CR600 references (TRxxx) as per service manual.
I will also mention when a different type of transistor that what's in the SM was originally installed.

Any suggestion for good subs will be really appreciated.
Service manual is (temporarily) available here. Output section with schematic, placement and parts list is at pages 37 / 38.

Update log:
- 15-Jul-15: Confirmed the use of KSA992 and MJ21193/21194. Rest to be confirmed (any help appreciated).
- 08-Jul-15: Added another set of outputs. Still trying to know if which are best and if others, as suggested, are good enough.
- 26-Jun-15: Used 4seatPilot's outputs which are known to work great.
