Dune, the 2000 version, on 3 DVD's. One of my all time favorite movies.

Agree,Agree...

...Always Agree with A Man of Impeccable Taste...He even finds Me mildly amusing...I too, like"V",spend all my time at home, alone, away from'People', watching the 'Classics'...Just re-watched
"Barbarella",Starring an 18yr old Jane Fonda delivering the "Finest Female Performance in Cinema History"...That Girl Displayed Her 'Chops' as an Actress at such a young and tender Age...Unforgetable...Just slightly overshadowing Tuesday Weld in Stanley Kubriks "Lolita"...A Stellar Depiction of/as the 'Reason' why Men lose theirs...She was 'Brilliant' in her ability to make the most out of the simplest of props...A Lollipop...Red-rimmed Sun-Glasses... Both deserve revisiting with a more 'Mature' Perspective. Both Titles I just watched "Back-To-Back"...They were in a box of multi-media items,(VHS,DVD,CD,Cassettes) given to me at a yard-sale where I purchased a Kenwood KR-6600 and a pair of vintage CV's. And No,I aint no 'prevert'.."Lolita"came in a Boxed-Set of Kubriks Masterpieces,Shining,Full-Metal Jacket,Clockwork Orange,2001,Dr.Strangelove or;How I Learned How To Stop Worrying And Love The Bomb,Barry Lyndon,... All Movies I Grew-up with...Female Actresses that left "indelibile impressions" in the vein of two of the Greatest Screen Portrayals... Maureen O'Hara in "Tarzan"and Faye Ray in "King Kong"... But since I didn't 'recently view', no count. Just an Honorable Mention. Hey, 'New Thread',"Favorite Female Actresses/Performances". Bring on your 'Judy Denches' and 'Whoopie Goldbergs'...

We watched I Love You Man last night, and laughed all the way through.. that was one of the funnier movies we've seen in quite a while.

Close Encounters of the Third Kind (Two-Disc Collector's Edition) (1977)
Great movie to watch on this rainy and windy evening.

Watched it to get prepped for the upcoming "Close encounters of the Fourth Kind" movie

Enjoyed watching "Gunsmoke: Return to Dodge" earlier this evening. The Gunsmoke series is one of my all-time favorite TV shows to view, also the "The Rifleman."

Ms. Kitty did look a bit sickly along with Matt showing the signs of aging, but the chemistry between them is still there.

Just watched The Brothers Bloom with Adrian Brody and I FREAKIN LOVED IT!!! This is one of the few movies that I have seen that run in the same cool style as Hudson Hawk and was intelligent to boot. I'm actually thinking of going and buying it which is something I never do.

Perhaps something clicked in when he did Braveheart. LOL

"Sugar"

A film following a baseball prospect's journey from the Dominican Republic to the MLB Minor Leagues. Nice little film, with some great music and understated acting.
