Kenwood KR-3130 FM not working

I recently bought this Kenny but FM is dead. AM is working good.
I think the problem is the RF/IF amp CS5995. I want to replace this one with the same amp or its equivalent the NTE703A. The problem is that only the NTE703A is available in the US, but with 40 dollar shipping no real deal for me. The AM/FM board is a X05-0009-00. Is there any one with the same issues and hopefully with a cheap or cheaper solution costwise?

There are other (domestic) sources for the NTE703.

Unfortunately, that appears to be your only option for new replacements for this device unless you are fortunate enough to locate NOS parts in someone's inventory or get a known good take-out.

Thanks for the info! I ordered 2 pieces at Vetco.net. I'll keep you posted if this was indeed the problem.
