DxO is giving away an older version, v8, of their Optics Pro software. The current version is v9. No strings attached other than supplying them your email address, fake or otherwise. However, you will not be able to upgrade with this freebie nor will it receive any more updates. It is what it is and as a freebie, hard to complain. If your camera is supported, it's a nice option.

If it's not working, check your browser and security settings. The link is fine, checked it just now and it's working.

Anyways, you have over two months to figure it out.

I keep a different browser for pages like this, no blocking or security features. But it worked for me with DxO.com and jquery enabled in my blocker.

Thanks for the link, have wanted to try it but was afraid I'd get overly attached and have to buy it.
