Question About Ohm's Selector Switches M-85 Amp

Hi guys,
I just got an M-85 today via the FedEx soccer league(beat up!) and I am trying to sort out some issues. In the meanwhile a claim has been filed and hopefully they will come through. But, this question has to do with the 2, 4, 8 Ohm selector buttons on the front panel. Are these just a momentary push button or are the maintained in position? (Push once, stays in, push again pops back out)

Thanx,

Nice sounding amplifier!
The switch stays depressed at desired position ideally to match the nominal impedance of your speaker system.

I just slathered the switches with Fadelube and they loosened right up and now work correctly.
Thanx

It's just for matching the speaker impedance to the display.

But when one is depressed, it should latch and pop the others out. There's a little cross bar in there.
