Kenwood KT-7300 Tuning Knob Set Screw

Any idea what size allen wrench will remove the two screws? I've tried various standard and metric sizes but none seem to fit.

If it's an Allen set screw, is should be 1.5mm.

Thanks Echowars. I didn't realize there are other types of set screws. If it's not an Allen set screw, what could it be?

Some are just plain slotted, meant for a small flat blade screwdriver. But most audio gear use set screws with heads designed for Allen wrenches.

Thanks again EchoWars! I got it now. I tried just about every size except the 1.5mm. It just looked way too small.

Hi all
Me too need help , I manage to take out the volume knob KA-7300] but I have no idea to remove thet balance ring behind the volume knob. I need to remove this because I need to do deoxIt all the knob. Thanks .
